Takedown notice

After a complete notice, we remove or disable the listing, usually within 2 business days.

Counter-notice

Include a signature, the removed URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for Montana if you are outside the United States). If the original sender does not notify us of a filed court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

Hieuoanh Anna LLC may refuse or cancel listings and orders connected with more than one valid copyright notice.
